ScriptRunner fills many gaps that Atlassian has left open during the years, both in Server/Data Center and in Cloud.
I am using the Behaviours as well as the workflow enhancements and find both very helpful.
The Enhanced Search is slightly problematic, but I will give it another try at a later time.
Special kudos to the technical support who were and are quick to respond and resolve issues that I have encountered. Also, they are active in the Jira user community and provide a lot of help.
Adaptavist does need to catch up with new features provided by competitors, like having shared conditions, validators and post-functions, so that those do not have to be duplicated endless times.

Due to the limitations of the Atlassian APIs this app isn't quite as powerful as it was for us on Jira Server however it is still well worth the price. The most used feature for us is the built-in script to update the Resolution field of issues due to project owners often neglecting to set the Resolution in workflow transitions into Done statuses.
I have also found the the developers are very responsive to feedback and support is great when we have problems (and it is extremely rare that we have problems).

They have great support and have always been very helpful.
And the app itself is a must if you are serious about Jira project customizations because it is incredibly flexible but also easy to use. It contains a ton of already made and tested scripts with explanatory stuff. I recommend it 100%!
